Easily the best experience in the insurance world. Shelly and Steve have tag teamed our insurance for over 20 years, and are always a phone call away for literally anything. They'll never quote you more than you need, but always quote you enough to protect you. It's taken me entirely too long to write this. A++++++ team right there.

I know I’ve left a review in the past but it’s worth a second. You don’t typically expect a lot from insurance agents beyond having a policy and hoping they will help when you have an incident. But Steve Martinez, Shelly, and his office go above and beyond any expectations. I’m my years with them, they outshined any other customer service experience I’ve ever had, especially in the insurance world. My family now live out of their region and but often think of their specific office when I have need for updates or change with my current rep. Now, I’ve not had any negative experiences with my current office or other StateFarm offices, but Steve Martinez and his team treated us like we were important and not just another plan and left a memorable impact in a positive light. Highly recommend.

Always been a fan of state farm, this location is fantastic, always courteous, friendly, and willing to listen to any problems or questions without interruption. I only have renters ins through them now, but i plan on adding more soon!
